Work with great friends they have great customer service and they spend the money to make sure residents have great events

Cons

Very bad quarterly and monthly bonus. They need to pay leasing and assistants more hourly. Corp employees talk about other employees to everyone within the company.

I really enjoyed my time working with CWS! The people are great and I enjoyed the work/life balance.

Cons

There are plenty of opportunities to grow with CWS but you have to put the time in first. Tenure is weighted more than actual production when it comes to promotions.

The people I work for and with are people I respect. The company values are central to decision making. Mentors are readily available.

Cons

Work life balance is talked about by leadership, but onsite staffing structures does not support that.
