I really hate the secret shops, but you can get $1000 if you make a 100.

Everyone was friendly; it was small enough that you knew everyone's name; they had several events throughout the year to show their appreciation for everyone's hard hard.

Cons

There wasn't much room for advancement in my department; there was a large disparity in pay rate between the departments and among the ranks in my department that didn't seem to coincide with the actual amount of work being done.
