Great company to work for. Great people to work with. (Also love the career apparel incentives. $1100 a year for clothing!)

Cons

I really hate the secret shops, but you can get $1000 if you make a 100.

Fun place to work Easy going co-workers Flexible schedule Family feel company Discount on rent Had a good training program when I was trained

Cons

Hardly any room for growth Always on call, because if someone calls out sick on a weekend you have to come in Other companies offer a greater rent discount Pay not too good, minimal raises Training program reformatted- goes over too much HR and not enough about the job

We understand the importance of work/life balance and strive to help create this balance whenever possible. We will give your feedback to our training department regarding reevaluating the current structure of HR related content versus onsite specific training modules.
