Fantastic benefits, great people (mostly), vacation, sick, and PTO immediately available upon start and benefits available after first 30 days

Cons

Salary is mediocre especially considering the assumed level regarding the amount of volume they immediately expect agents to manage and attain daily in reference to calls and records, entirely to much micromanaging and drama on corporate sides, lastly and most importantly is there was a tremendous misunderstanding regarding the company protocol and order structure of what an employee was supposed to communicate when reporting a technical problem, ESPECIALLY if encountered at the beginning of their shift which resulted in numerous unfair adherence strikes on employees in the 24/7 desks
