      - Great coworkers - Great Students

      Cons

      - Lack of discipline and accountability among students - Lack of Teacher support - obsessed with testing - County leadership has been a mess. - Pay is not competitive to CMS. Supplement is paid out twice a year, so you are living off of the state check for the rest of the year.

      Some schools are wonderful to work at with supportive admin and communities Local supplement is above average, though not as big as CMS

      Cons

      Still underpaid and underappreciated as a result of local and state politics No mobility to move up unless you want to be an administrator - thus your cost of living not keeping up with teacher salaries A ton of "other duties as assigned" / non-content related interruptions to the classroom
