Great interacting with customers talking fishing during work. Great discount on Cabela's and BassPro products, 40%.
Cons
Being pushed everyday to get people to sign up for their credit card "Cabela's Club". They want you to ask "every" customer but there is little incentive to push the thing. And, unbelievably, some other employees will take your leads!
