      Pros

      Focus on hiring staff passionate in an outdoor activity means the teams have alot of shared interests and make for a fun team environment. Discount is great on house brand items.

      Cons

      Lots of talk around trying to keep great team members, but only talk no action. I could count on both hands the number of times I was told I did a good job in 7 years. Pay for sales floor team is not fair for what is asked of them compared to competitors.
