Pros

Working in the actual store was cool. Love the way it's set up. Worked with good people Huge discount for employees

Cons

Poor management. No real advancement possibilities Company brags about giving millions to charity but under pays employees. After receiving a stellar one year review and received a 31 cent raise that I was told required me to come in on my day off and sign. Heard employees say repeatedly the job was soul sucking. No concern for employees during holiday season.

Honestly if you are looking for a management team that supports you, it’s not going to be Cabela’s. If you don’t fall in line with what they want then you mean nothing to them. The only people that move up the ladder, get respect and hours..are the ones that kiss up
