The store I work in , none. If your an outdoors person you get to see and work with new product, even though it's overpriced and mainly from China, Banladesh, etc
Cons
Good ole boy network in full swing. In order for advancement you must be a member of the afor mentioned or be of female nature. I appreciate hard work, and I work very hard and care about my job performance. It is ashame when people have totally different work values are paid the same amount of money, continually screw up and continue to keep their jobs. Also, One benfit was a great discount for employee's, which was slashed almost in half. So I shop at Bass Pro Shops now.
