      Great benefits and management, but pay structure hurts morale

      Pros

      Great variety of benefits. Excellent direct management and team members.

      Cons

      The CFO has decided money is more important than the people who help make sales and has changed the commission structure, drastically reducing pay for salespeople. The writing seems to be on the wall that they are hopeful many will quit due to these changes. It’s a shame as this was a great job and company to work for.
