      long hours-cut throat business-huge turnover-better to research type of dealership your entering(high volume, buy here-pay here, luxury....It is best to start young 20's and get into management within 1st two years-most people wont make it longterm over 3 years.

      The work is easy. People there are amazed if you have any common sense at all.

      The experienced workers there sit around and gossip while making the "lower employees" do everything. The manager runs away from problems
