Upper management legitimately cares about you as a person and offers tons of training opportunities. Corporate is very responsive and offers many opportunities for employment if you are unhappy with your current position.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Some integral parts of management are unapproachable and rude. Pricing transparency and the sales process can make working with sales difficult.
