Pros
Get a pay check and able to work with a select few that cared about the customers.
Cons
Though they teach and say they trust in you and the work you do, in fact it's their way or the highway. I worked my butt off to take care of my customers, but in the end the company just gave you e oigh tools and help just to keep things running and aways trying to upscale products that they weren't ready to deliver on.
