Cabot did not feel like an employee-focused company during my time there. I observed multiple layoffs, including employees who had been hired only a few months earlier. Before accepting a position, I would encourage candidates to carefully evaluate the role, team, and long-term stability of the organization. Avoid this company, especially their office in Riga. The management there is shockingly incompetent. Poor communication, zero accountability, constant chaos. Decisions make no sense, and the people in charge don’t seem qualified to lead anything. High stress, low support, and a culture where issues get ignored instead of fixed. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere.
