Pros
Salaries are competitive, the company had a good run in the mutual funds market but they have had no growth for a very long while.
Cons
No goal in sight for the company, management is in disarray. I honestly can't see how people can give this company a 5 start rating while it's quite interesting that they all did it anonymously eh? Campaign to improve the company rating from within anyone? Does not really matter this company hasn't sustained a productive development team since 2011 and do not believe it's going to in the foreseen future.
