-Sou Chef trains newcomers patiently, not be hard on you. -Everyone works hard and friendly, teach you many things. I learned a lot here and this is a good work experience for me. There is a good place if you are interested in learning cooking, prepare and run a kitchen.

Cons

-Sometimes feel overworked in peak hours. -Bad schedules are a point. Everyone wants good schedules but they can't satisfy everyone. They don't adjust the balance until you ask. But you want to get great salary, you will be disappointed.
