I like cooking food. The people you work with are amazing and high energy. It's definitely not a boring place to work.

Cons

The hours are unbelievably horrible. I work until 4 in the morning sometimes. It's hard to hav ea family or friends outside of work

- The management is involved with the guests and staff. - 50% discount on food. - Upscale environment - Meet lots of people. - Given reasonable hours and flexible schedules.

Cons

- Management tends to favour employees who are friends with each other. - Dress code is sometimes over-looked, some "better looking" staff can get away with wearing short skirts and open neck tops while other staff are often told to change their clothes.

Pros

The people at cactus club are very professional and you don't find yourself beside too many workers who don't like being there. The leadership is solid and has a good knowledge about their job and a clearly defined set of responsibilities. The job itself is everychanging with endless possibilities and opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Working in the kitchen you will find yourself almost stuck at a reasonable but not steller wage for many years. Part time or full time you may find yourself making the same wage either way.
