Good salary for freshers Many teams are lenient with working hours

Cons

Some people in management are non-technical with service based mindset.. focusing more on cost cutting then anything else..do not contribute anything to the team and neither they have any idea what's going on but they keep poking Do not fairly compensate experience guys
