Office timings are very flexible. Leave policy is liberal. My team is excellent. Management decisions sometimes look confusing. But I am sure they have justifications. My division is doing very well, especially in the AI age. AI adoption is good.

Cons

Some teams don't take ownership. Compensation is only average. Stock price has been almost stagnant for years.
