Pros
Great portfolio of products in design automation. Scattered portfolio of IP with uncertain roadmap. Perpetually weak in marketing and strong in sales, more balance is required.
Cons
Continually trying to find the path towards building growth in an industry with little real growth over the last 15 years. Software platforms are improving in strength. Internal operations (IT, HR, Finance) have been weakened by repeated reductions and need a refresh.
