      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      Work with best in class tech and engineers. Very competitive compensation/benefits, unlimited PTO and a healthy culture around using it. The EDA industry is in a period of rapid growth so there is ample opportunity for career growth and development.

      Cons

      Not many to speak of. The biggest con is the company's breadth of solutions has outpaced the management's ability to focus on developing the optimum solution and internal politics don't help.

      Pros

      Our team works from home, which works great for us a provides valuable flexibility and autonomy. The company has great benefits including an ESPP program. In addition to unlimited time off, the company has several "global recharge days" throughout the year where we take the day off.

      Cons

      It is a public company, so that means SEC filings, which can be stressful at quarter and year end.

      Pros

      Super good W/L balance, amazing managers and teammates. Everybody is super helpful and works really hard to ensure you have a good time.

      Cons

      Small(er) niche, and supposedly it's easy to get roped in for life. Not many small "modern" benefits (free food, casual social areas, napping pods, free soda, that type of stuff). Larger benefits are great though.
