Business Outlook
Pros
Management is hands off and allows me to work as I please as long as tasks gets finished. Hours are flexible and it’s hybrid with two days coming into the office Global recharge days so each month usually has one or two three day weekends Biggest pro for me was unlimited PTO which allowed me to take time off as long as manager approved
Cons
Many different teams and I will find myself being pulled into helping other teams with their work. Piled with various tasks including non engineering tasks such as managing the funds for the team along with ordering for our department Material I’ve learned doesn’t seem too helpful if deciding to move to a different sector
