      Many talented people. Management does care about employees well being Good benefits Very stable company Flexible work time

      Cons

      Performance does not equate to equity. Yearly salary adjustment is horrible, including promotion increase. Unbalanced investment strategy. Older franchises suffers from burn out because there is no additional resource funding even if growing. Buddy buddy management.
