1) too relaxed at times with some employees not picking up their share of work 2) if you are good at your job then you will get more work while other people on your team can relax 3) Salary is low and yearly raises are mediocre 4) RSU packages are low

Company has poor direction and planning from the top-level. Seemingly overhired, laid-off staff to appease bean-counters or follow in the footsteps of bigger companies. They talk about "One Cadence One Team" but like all companies do not care about their employees. Overworked for months before lay-off. Pay is below average for SWE in the Boston Area. Moving back to full RTO.
