      Pros

      People. I like my team and colleagues a lot. I also feel pretty good about the project that I am involved.

      Cons

      It is a big company without clear strategic vision. It relies on acquiring other companies to do innovations. Due to this it lacks spirit and motivation. The working conditions could be improved as well. IT support is relatively low. Cubicles are small.

      Pros

      Many employees are allowed to telecommute. However, although telecommuting is very convenient for these people, it detracts from the effectiveness of the overall organization, as people are dispersed all over the world and have to rely excessively on conference calls, etc. Thus even the smallest decisions end up taking too much time to make.

      Cons

      The company is too splintered up, with many development groups all over the world. Thus cooperation and collaboration are difficult to achieve. The pricing of the company's products is Byzantine -- I won't go into any further details. The company is way too top-heavy: there are many directors who are individual contributors; and there are way too many VPs.
