      Good for learning in terms of tools, pay and use food service. Good stock options

      Pros

      Well-known and established company. The target bonus is respectable. Private health insurance is solid, and the mental health support program is a valuable addition. The on-site restaurant is also a nice perk.

      Cons

      No flexibility for remote work. After the acquisition of BETA CAE Systems, several previously promised benefits no longer seem to apply. There's also a noticeable disparity in salary progression between employees promoted before and after the acquisition. Additionally, interdepartmental dynamics can sometimes be toxic.
