      Pros

      Good problems to solve. If you get a good team, you can use your experience to get well versed with the nuances of programming (mainly with just C++). Good work life balance. Company is doing good, and that gives you job stability.

      Cons

      EDA as an industry is not very vast. You don't get to work with a variety of technologies. If you come from an EE background and you want to program, this is a good company to work at.

      a work-life balance company. colleagues is very nice. have free TGIF, free fruit and bread on some day. free drink.

      Cons

      there is no enough parking lot. the promotion path is not clear. the salary is not competitive than EDA company.
