1. The projects are very exciting and challenging. 2. Surrounded by a lot of aggressive and high performance colleague. 3. Management thinks a lot about employee. 4. They managed the Covid times very nicely.

Thought a lot but Couldn't find anything. If still need to give something then management decision could be little faster.
