      Stable company with deep roots in the EDA industry.

      Cons

      The company dynamics is extremely business driven. In other words, expect downsizing immediately if the numbers are not met.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Very knowledgeable colleagues. Very good scope to improve domain centric knowledge with new technologies related to EDA. Excellent food.

      Cons

      Except pay, not much focus on employee engagement and benefits. R&D and PV teams are generally in different geographic locations, which delays the feedback loop.

      Depending on the group you work with, there are some very talented people. Get to touch the latest tech and tools. Big plus.

      Cons

      Not particularly high performance circuits. Much better copensation elsewhere.
