      Good top management, hence growing business. Good work

      Too much work pressure, no work life balance. bad HR processes, and confused middle management., too much politics. lot of wor and responsibility without returns/recongnition.

      Projects sometimes may not be very well documented and the priorities switch according to customer needs. Good for customers but sometimes frustrating for the developers.

      Not a place for learning . Research about your manager before joining

      1. work life balance is okay 2. If your manager is good person then you will have a good time . But there are no learning opportunity . Only EDA specific work is there.

      Cons

      1. Managers don't care about you and your growth and only thing they worry about to show upper management that they are doing all the work .They never give you credit for your work . 2. Mangers have too much power.Your hike and performance all in their hands. HRpeople only listen to them 3. If you are not software developer then don't even think about to join this place . Work and salary hike is very pathetic for validation people.
