      If you keep doing your job, you can survive. Overall Cadence as a company is very good, competitive benefits, few campus wide events every year.

      Cons

      Everyone want to work in Silo, trying to safe guard their job. Too much politics, back stabbing. Low morale in IT. Can not question your manager or higher up.
