      Pros

      Pay and benefits are up there (compared to other companies here), so that rocks. Work life balance here is actually fantastic. I've rarely had to sacrifice time with my family. The management here is quite skilled at keeping resources working reasonable hours. Amazing colleagues

      Cons

      Very limited room to move up (if at all). The ceiling is not far No future visibility. I couldn't tell you what''s coming up in 3 months.
