Good technology, peers are good.
Cons
Worst manager, those who are not buttering him/her are very badly treated, full of favoritism, those who has brother, brother in law, uncle, and other relative, get early promotion and good project. It is happening from last 15 years in support team. Some corrupt employee captured the power and tortured honest, calm ,hard working employee, even junior employee tortured seniors with the support of manager.
