Pros
work-life balance, transport facility, good infrastructure and campus. Very good company to work for, if you are in a nice team with good middle management. Good initiatives.
Cons
In some teams, there is a lot of politics and favouritism, with extremely less value to skills and quality. Unskilled, lackluster, and very insecure middle management who fail to lead. They indirectly promote unethical behaviour. They lack the will, skill, and personality to do their job well and with sincerity. Such teams have a highly unprofessional and immature environment, and no real team spirit. Such mid management is good at maintaining a nice facade and pretence so the real environment is not visible to higher authority. Note that this might not be true for all teams! Some teams have a healthy environment that promotes growth and all things good.
