Work from home, flexibility, many charging days a year, many days off a year, very pampering the employees, big bonuses, many events, many volunteer days

Cons

Promotion processes are very slow and unavailable, not all managers are qualified for the position and behave unprofessionally. The company strongly encourages diversity and inclusion, but the managers do not always act in a compatible manner
