Cadence Education is genuinely passionate about early childhood education and focused on their mission to be the best provider. Collaborative work environment and lots of talented people to work with.

supervisors onsite care about employees' well being. Seems to be a healthy drama free environment

Cons

Working in a preschool requires that you really love your work since the pay is very low and the work is tiring and the regulations for childcare are very micro managing.
