Pros

Good entry level pay and benefits

Cons

They do not give breaks like in the handbook. Too much turnover. You will be left with max kids by yourself most of the time. Teachers do not support each other but look to bring others down and yell at the kids.

Pros

The children and families are usually great. The job is pretty flexible depending on your needs and location. Discounted child care.

Cons

Unorganized. No communication. Low pay for required work. No consideration of experience or educational qualifications. Lots of broken promises (no bonus and no reconsideration for pay raise).
