Pros
The company in Pittsburgh is great. Most of the staff know what they are doing and are really good at their jobs, which is why I think this place is good to not only work but to visit as a customer as well. I think that if you love the people you work with and are trusted you can go very far in the service industry since people want to be served by an actual caring and live person rather than a robot. And tips reflect that fact. Also generally managers have the staff's back.
Cons
There is some staff doing sub-par work, though few and far between, and it does cause a headache for some other employees.
