      Pros

      In addition to reasonable pay, while working for Caesars employees receive amenities such as show tickets (when available).

      Cons

      No excuse tardy policy. I didn't agree with the policy that doesn't give a crap if you have a flat tire or If the line at Starbucks was too long. Clearly there is a difference between intentionally being tardy- (over sleeping, stopping to get food prior to your shift) and unintentionally being tardy.

      Pros

      The pros of working at the flamingo go pool was that the job was seasonal. I worked only for 8 months out of the year.

      Cons

      They don’t offer benefits for seasonal employees
