      Pros

      Pay is good. Benefits are ok. Every company has its politics (you know who you are), but, all in all, if you have a good idea and know how to ask for what you want, you can make a difference. Casinos are fun! :)

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like I am working with an abacus and talking to the old man on the hill. "What do you mean there is a better way!? We can't change pace now!" Long hours if you want them. The blame game makes it's rounds and some senior management eat it up.
