A true leader in the casino industry. A fun and exciting work environment. Employees who care about their job and like to serve guests.

Cons

This company is notorious for cutting positions of employees with long tenure. It is not a place where you can count on working until you retire. The hours are long for those on salary. The working conditions are smoky and loud. Employee effort is seldom noticed.

Pros

A lot of fun, fast paced. They do panel interviews with groups and ask you questions to determine your personality. They don't want to hear the usual experience business, they want to know about you.

Cons

There was a little bit of competition but this is to be expected. As long as you were shining at all it didn't matter how bright.
