Pros

Large company, a lot of places to transfer to either physically or even within your own location via different jobs. Some very good people working for the company who genuinely care even if they're rendered powerless. You get to build a good network of other people that can help you even down the road.

Cons

Poor pay, poor benefits. Company constantly claims poverty and has withheld raises for years, yet Upper Management continue to receive bonuses. Jobs have been cut and too many people doing too many things; in short it feels like a house of cards about to tumble.

Great big company with pretty good non union benefits and there is a gym with free personal trainers and cheap Physical therapy

Cons

Lack of communication on where the company stands, sees itself, expectations everything. You never really know what is coming around the corner.
