Fun interview and training process.

Cons

They told me that they would schedule my departmental training around my school schedule. It took them almost a whole month to schedule me, and the department head had an attitude about it.

Pros

Great Pay Great Benefits Great co-workers Very easy to be promoted from within Pay very well with no prior experience or schooling. You will be surprised how much you will get paid and how much you will advance

Cons

Zero tolerance policy for being late or sick Even with doctors notes they wont accept You get 10 attendance points in a 12 month period. 1 minute late= .5 point and Call off=1 point It is very easy to point out. They do not care how long you have worked there or if you are an asset to the company they will replace you in a hearbeat. Your job is not secure they will find another person to take your place very very quickly. Management is very fake their modo is "fake it till you make it"
