Pros

Great benefits, and they have an on site meal offering open 24 hours.

Cons

You have to earn time off even if you are a salaried mon-friday employee. You also are not allowed holidays off if it falls on a weekday.

Pros

Lots of nice people to work with.

Cons

There is no support from upper management. Would rather fire someone who shows loyalty and knowledge rather than helping them try to work out issues with their manager. Went to another similar company and have been there ever since. To date there have been 8 other people in my position - that should tell you something.

CodeGreen, HERO volunteer program, onboarding and continuous training opportunities, department shadowing program, Code of Commitment, Get me, Guide me, Root for me philosophy.

Cons

No exit interviews, putting people into positions they are not qualified for because they have no where else to put them. Employee opinion survey is a joke.
