      Pros

      Decent insurance Nice Co-workers as long as you don't mingle with the Upper Manageers and Directors

      Cons

      Back Stabber Managers and Directors Lazy Upper Managements and Directors You are just a number and replaceable Treat Lower employees like lab rats and work you like slaves They do not care about your health and the hours you put in It's all about the $$$$ and protecting their position There is no balance between work and personal life and they don't care Managers and Directors are the most inexperienced and unorganized I've work with Don't be fool by the friendly smile or the compliments. It's their protection against lawsuits. You are being watched 24/7

      Pros

      Harrah's guests are pleasant to work with for the most part. I worked in Lake Tahoe, so the guests were happy to be in Tahoe. It was a good place to work while attending school because they worked around my schedule.

      Cons

      The benefits of Harrah's were amazing at first but they had just been bought by a new company and some of the benefits were cut. A lot of restaurants were closed because of the economic downfall. I started as a full time employee but little by little my hours were cut down to 2 days a week.
