Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of eye candy and tons of stories to tell. Not much rewarding professional content to be had. Great place to put on your resume for large volume hotel and casino operations. For every day you're there, you're probably gaining at least twice the experience as a person in a similar role at a smaller or a nongaming property.
Cons
Nearly thankless. In 14 months, I've only started to get thanked for my efforts very recently. People are taken for granted and are treated as interchangeable parts. Supervision is inept and careless, but some managers are very solid.
