Pros

Benefits and pay are competitive. Lots of properties so if you are open to transferring then this is a good company to be with.

Cons

It is a 24 hour, 7 day a week business so it is expected that employees work various shifts with holidays and weekends primary work days.

Cons

The management staff sucks, no communication. The employees get pumped up with fear from sales managers and assist vp of conv sales. nothing is done about employee complaints, Some employees work pass their 8 hour shifts without overtime. Employees are afraid to express their feelings for fear of losing their jobs.
