Good Pay Good Benefits Fun atmosphere, very exciting. Room for advancement and always teaching ways to improve your management skills.

Cons

Work Hours Open on all major holidays. Guests can treat you very disrespectfully. Management will not have your back on issues that involve employees

Pros

Management respects and appreciates workers who make it know to them that they would like to move into a better or permnament position.

Cons

Caesars fails to recognize experience when to choosing to advance an employee. Once a manager wants to promote a temporary employee to a full time employee, the employee must pass a human resource type of physcological test involving other potential employees. If they fail, they will be fired immediatly and won't be able to reapply for the position for six months. This is very unfair, because it discourges employees to move up.
