No raise three years for supervisors and up, taking advantage of the people who com to work every day,taking advantage of the employees with the new vacation policy.

Free Lunch Free Parking Fitness Center You can eat free meals at different times of the day if you want breakfast or dinner there.

Cons

Ability to move up is minimal. Below standard pay ( new hires get paid more than those working there 10 plus years) Old technology to work with, offices are made from used piece meal parts from the 70's.

Pros

Incredible opportunities to move within the company if you start very young and are able to be introduced to the corporate culture. Very centered on customer relationships- excellent (love it).

Cons

Not age or family friendly. The new corporate culture introduced does not value current employees or take their family values into account. Vacation is handed down as 'forced' time off when the corp needs you to take it. Promotions are given within this culture to protect current mgr. positions because of the current 360 evaluations, rather than on ability of the employee; new employees including mgt. are 'gone thru' like a puppy mill.
