The company used to be great but with high management getting fired and replaced every few months the culture took a massive hit. The company tells you what you wants to hear and has a facade of a flat organization. If you work there, I would recommend applying to new jobs after 6 months so after a year you can leave before you realize how terrible everything actually is.
